Dear President Aquino:
Before we go to what i'm going to request on you, I just wanna greet you a pleasant morning. I would like that my President will help indigent people here bin Ilocos Sur but not only here but to entire Philippine. I would like you to know Mr. President that many of us in Ilocos are hoping for your help, many of us here don't have enough money to buy things that make their work easier like the farmers, others are still using carabao to dig their farm , they don't have enough money to buy a tracktor. there are also collage graduate who do not have occupation yet, they just staying in their ouwn homes waisting their time for nothing, they have studied for nothing. That's all Mr. President...
